“Hi, unfortunately there’s no direct integration between Google voice message and Agent CRM.”

 

Johanna Cabrera asked us, “I’m sorry , I need to ask this , if I add other phone number on agent crm , that mean I can receive the text message that goes to that number”

“When you add a phone number inside Agent CRM (Settings > Phone Number > Add Number), all sms that that number will get will be shown on your Conversation tab. You can also do a setup where those messages will be forwarded to your personal number.”
