Bruce Kuczinski asked us, “Is there a way to forward an email to Agent CRM from my desktop? For example, I receive an email from a client and respond. I would like to bcc myself in Agent CRM to create a record of the interaction, tied to the client.”

“If they respond to a campaign and you respond back, the thread will show up in Agent CRM. However, if the conversation continues within your email editor (example, Gmail) it will no longer appear in Agent CRM.
For direct emails, at this time, it is not possible to forward it to Agent CRM and make it a part of the client’s conversation history.”
