“I’ve tagged you in another post, but here’s the response from the team for anyone else who’s wanting this answered.
You can check the balance of your account, that is used to send out those messages and keep track of how much are you spending for those!
From your Agent CRM Dashboard > Settings > Company Billing > click the See Details link below your Current Balance section. This is where you can see the amount you’ve spent on your messages and the deductions going on with your balance!
Your phone charges will be renewed with a top-up balance that you can adjust on your account.”
