“You can create a Smart List based on your contact’s state. Inside the Contacts tab, click on More Filters, look for State, add the state, click Apply, and lastly, click the Save as smart list button. You have to follow these steps for every state. The system will automatically add your new contacts to that smart list based on your filter. Hope this helps! Thanks! 🙂
