“Other than clicking on the next call button, how do you automatically move through calls? Is there a way to change that so once you have completed a call, it immediately dials the next number without the wait or clicking on ‘next call’?”

Currently, the Power Dialer in Agent CRM requires you to click the “Next Lead” button to proceed to the next call. This is designed to give you control over your calling pace. Here’s how it works and some tips for a smoother experience:


Using the “Next Lead” Button

  1. Navigate to the Power Dialer:
    • From the left-hand menu, click on Marketing and then select Power Dialer.
  2. Start Your Call Session:
    • Select the campaign you want to dial from, and begin your session.
  3. Move to the Next Call:
    • After completing a call, click the “Next Lead” button to immediately start dialing the next number without delay.

Why the “Next Lead” Button is Helpful

  • Control: Allows you to take notes, mark call outcomes, or prep for the next call before proceeding.
  • Flexibility: You decide when to move forward, avoiding calls starting automatically at inopportune moments.
