“How do I remove or close notifications that I’ve already handled?”


Answer:

If you have unread notifications for emails, texts, or calls, you can mark them as read and remove them through both the Agent CRM app and desktop version.

On the Agent CRM Mobile App:

  1. Open the Agent CRM app on your phone.
  2. Tap the Conversations tab (second icon at the bottom of your screen).
  3. Select the unread conversation you want to clear.
  4. Tap the envelope button in the top-right corner to mark the notification as read.

On Agent CRM Desktop:

  1. Go to the Conversations tab in the left-hand menu.
  2. Select the unread conversation you want to clear.
  3. Click the “Mark as Read” button in the top-right corner.

Once marked as read, the notification will be removed from your unread list, keeping your inbox organized and distraction-free.
