“If you are needing to remove notifications for unread emails, texts, or calls, you can either do this through the app or desktop version!
Through the app, you will select the conversations tab (second icon on the bottom of your screen), click the “unread” conversation, then hit the envelope button in the top, right-hand corner. (See Screenshot below)
For the desktop version, you will go to your conversations tab, select the “unread” conversation, then hit the “mark as read” button in the top, right-hand corner. (See Screenshot below)
