The Answer

You can view a contact’s full communication history in Agent CRM by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Contacts Tab:
    • Navigate to the Contacts tab in Agent CRM.
  2. Select the Contact:
    • Click on the name of the contact you want to review.
  3. View Past Conversations:
    • Once on the contact’s profile, you’ll see a record of all communications, including:
      • Text messages
      • Emails
      • Campaigns they’ve been added to
