The Answer
You can view a contact’s full communication history in Agent CRM by following these steps:
- Go to the Contacts Tab:
- Navigate to the Contacts tab in Agent CRM.
- Select the Contact:
- Click on the name of the contact you want to review.
- View Past Conversations:
- Once on the contact’s profile, you’ll see a record of all communications, including:
- Text messages
- Emails
- Campaigns they’ve been added to
- Once on the contact’s profile, you’ll see a record of all communications, including:
