Go to Contacts > More Filters to group by:

  • Last Activity Date

  • Custom Fields (like Policy Type)

Once sorted, it’s much easier to review and identify what needs to be cleaned up.


Step 2: Identify Duplicates

Use the search bar to look for potential duplicates by:

  • Name
