Manny Martinez asked us, “I manually entered new contacts on the web but when I do a search for them in the mobile app, they don’t show. I’ve tried logging out and back in but that didn’t work. Why aren’t all my contacts being found on the mobile app?”
“Try searching by your contact’s first name.. the search feature on the app doesn’t usually work if it’s a last name.”
