Original Question:

Phil Reames asked:
*”I have a question. When I am doing the Power Dialer, after each call there is a popup that I can click on Completed or No Answer. There are two other options, but the training video said not to use those.

Anyway, when a new lead comes in, I go to that lead and call them directly. If I reach that person and complete the call, how do I mark it completed so that it drops out of the Power Dialer?”*

Answer:

If you want to remove a lead from the Power Dialer after completing a call, you have two options:

Option 1: Manually Remove the Contact from the Power Dialer Campaign

📌 Steps to Manually Remove a Contact:

  1. Go to the Contact’s Profile in Agent CRM
  2. Scroll down to Active Campaigns/Workflows
  3. Click “Remove” next to the Power Dialer campaign
  4. Click Save

This immediately stops the contact from being dialed again.

Option 2: Automate Removal Using a Tag & Trigger

If you want a faster, automated way to remove contacts after a successful call, create a Trigger that removes them from the Power Dialer campaign when a specific tag is added.

📌 How to Set Up an Automated Trigger:

  1. Go to Automation > Triggers
  2. Click “Create Trigger”
  3. Set the Trigger Condition:
    • Select “Tag Added”
    • Create a new tag (e.g., “Remove from Power Dialer”)
  4. Set the Action:
    • Choose “Remove from Campaign”
    • Select the Power Dialer campaign
  5. Click Save & Activate

Now, whenever you add the “Remove from Power Dialer” tag to a contact, Agent CRM will automatically remove them from the Power Dialer campaign.

Which Option Should You Use?

âś” If you prefer manual control: Use Option 1 (manually remove contacts from the Power Dialer).
âś” If you want automation: Use Option 2 (tag-based automation for quick removal).

Both methods ensure completed calls are no longer included in the Power Dialer queue.
