Phil Remaes asked us, “I have a question. When I am doing the power dialer, after each call there is a popup that I can click on completed or No Answer. There are two other options but the training video said not to use those.
Anyway, when a new lead comes in, I go to that lead and call them directly. If I reach that person and complete the call, how do I mark it completed so that it drops out of the power dialer?”
“I would either remove them from your power dialer campaign manually within their contact. Or I would create a tag called “remove from power dialer” and then make a trigger with that tag. The trigger would be “tag added” and the action would be “remove from campaign” and you would just be sure to select the correct tag and power dialer campaign.”
