The email templates are intentionally generic because Agent CRM doesn’t know what product you’re selling.

So your job is to review the sequence and ask:

  • Does this match my product?

  • Does this match my tone?

  • Do the “webinar highlights” need to be more specific?

To edit:

  • Open the email

  • Click the 3 dots

  • Choose Edit Design

  • Update wording as needed

  • Save every time

Important: Some elements (including the CTA button link) use custom values—don’t delete those unless you know what you’re replacing.

The invitation workflow is typically triggered by a tag:

📲 Optional: Add SMS (But Use Carefully)

You can add SMS touches to improve conversion—especially for warm or fresh leads.

But the training includes an important warning:

  • For fresh leads who opted in recently: ✅ SMS can help

  • For aged leads: ⚠️ SMS can increase opt-outs and hurt A2P reputation

If you add SMS, do it intentionally and only when it makes sense for your lead source.

You’ll see two steps:

Step 1: Registration Page

You can customize:

  • The form itself (add 1–2 qualifiers if needed)

Tip from the training:

✅ Ask only 1–2 extra questions
❌ Do not overdo it or you’ll lower conversion

Also check your SEO/social share settings so your link preview looks professional when shared via Facebook or text.

Step 2: Webinar Page (Video + Calendar)

This is where you:

  • Upload your webinar video (hosted video recommended)

  • Add a thumbnail image

  • Adjust video settings (like duration visibility, playback options)

  • Confirm the webinar calendar is working at the bottom

And before you launch anything:
