1. Access the Campaigns Section:
    • Log in to your Agent CRM account.
    • Navigate to Marketing in the left-hand menu.
    • Click on Campaigns.
  2. Create a New Campaign:
    • Click on + New Campaign to start a new campaign.
    • Name your campaign appropriately for easy identification.
  3. Add a Voicemail Drop:
    • Within the campaign builder, click on + Add Step.
    • Select Voicemail Drop from the list of actions.
    • Upload your pre-recorded voicemail message in .mp3 or .wav format.
    • Set the desired timing for when the voicemail should be sent.
  4. Add a Text Message (SMS):
    • Click on + Add Step again.
    • Choose SMS from the list.
    • Compose your text message, ensuring it’s concise and engaging.
    • Use placeholders like {{contact.first_name}} to personalize the message.
    • Schedule the SMS to send at your preferred time.
  5. Review and Activate the Campaign:
    • Ensure all steps are in the correct order and timings are set appropriately.
    • Click Save to finalize your campaign.
    • Activate the campaign to begin sending messages to your contacts.
