Agent CRM currently only syncs with Google Calendars.
Once Agent CRM is connected to a Google calendar, the calendars will be syncing or “talking” back and forth. That means you’ll be shown as busy (unable for people to schedule with you) in both calendars.
With this being said, Google Calendars can sync to Outlook Calendars, so you are able to make a Google account and sync it to your Outlook; therefore, syncing Outlook with Agent CRM.
