Reno Jordan asked us, “Hello team, I’m new, and I’m trying to do some simple things like set up the company info. This may sound like a crazy question but I’ll ask anyway, since I write life insurance for a company do I put all of their information there or do I make all this information pertain to me. For instance I don’t have a company website of my own, but I can log into my companies backoffice and give quotes, write contracts, etc. Just looking for some guidance on how this is supposed to be set up.”
“Then those info must be all yours. We do have a custom value section for Accounts which uses the details that you will put under your Company Info.”
