Steve Precht asked us, “Hi there. Just signed up for the trial and having a heck of a time getting my csv with contacts to upload properly. I’ve watched the videos and no luck. I’ve used other CRM’s and uploaded csv’s so it’s not entirely unfamiliar but for some reason I’m stuck.”
“In order for contacts to be able to import, they must have either a phone number or email address mapped to the standard “Phone” or “Email” field in Agent CRM.
Please be sure that your contacts follow the items below:
– They have a phone number or email address
– When importing, the CSV field that includes the phone number is mapped to the standard “Phone” field
– When importing, the CSV field that includes the email address is mapped to the standard “Email” field
– The phone and email fields are NOT mapped to a “custom field”
