Daneel McDonald asked us, “Hi! Question – Is there a way to make it so that form submissions are connected with contacts that are already in the system?”

“Forms filled out with an email and/or phone number that is already saved as your Contact in Agent CRM will just update their record with the information that has been submitted on the form. This is if the Allow Duplicate Contact is turned OFF in your account.
But in case you turned it ON, you can still link it by adding ?contact_id={{contact.id}} on the last part of the form so the information submitted will be added to that contact record.
