  • When someone fills out an Agent CRM form, their information is automatically stored in your CRM—no third-party integrations needed!
  • This is the easiest and most seamless way to ensure all form submissions are directly captured within your system.

Option 2: Manual CSV Upload from Gravity Forms

  • If you prefer to keep using Gravity Forms, you can manually download your form submissions as a CSV file.
  • Then, upload the CSV into Agent CRM under ContactsImport Contacts.
  • Be sure to map the fields correctly to ensure all data imports smoothly.

While manual uploads require extra steps, it allows you to continue using Gravity Forms without relying on Zapier.
