Larry Gatz asked us, “Is there a way to allow multiple instances of a client in the same pipeline? I have a pipeline setup for client service requests, and two requests to complete for the same client. When I try to make the second one, it errors out on me saying that they already exist in the pipeline.”

You’ll need to first go to Settings > Company, and check on the option that says “Allow Duplicate Opportunity.”
Then, you will be able to add the client to the same
Pipeline more than once.”
