Becky Chopek Wilson asked us, “If we want to use our dialer number for a reply for seminars, how do we set it up so it gets registered to the correct agent and seminar?”
“If you have multiple Agent CRM numbers, you can assign a phone number to a user inside your account. Once that user is logged in, and sends a text message to a contact, the number that the recipient will see will be that number assigned to him. Hope this helps!
