The Answer
Deleting contacts in Agent CRM is quick and easy. Whether you’re removing one contact or an entire list, follow these steps:
To Delete Multiple Contacts at Once:
- Click Contacts on the left-hand menu.
- Select Contacts/Smart Lists to open your full contact list.
- Use the checkboxes to select the contacts you want to delete.
- Click the trashcan icon at the top of the page.
- Confirm the deletion.
- Refresh the page, and the deleted contacts will disappear.
To Delete a Single Contact:
- Click Contacts and navigate to the contact list.
- Find the contact you want to remove.
- Click the checkbox next to their name.
- Click the trashcan icon and confirm the deletion.
Refreshing the page ensures that the deleted contacts are fully removed from your list.
