I am scheduling agents on my calendar through my iPhone but it is putting them into agent crm as appointments for some reason. And it sends then appt campaign automatic emails. Which should be reserved for clients, not agents. Any advice?”

“You’ll want to make sure that your Calendar’s Sync option isn’t set to “Two Way.”
I’d recommend changing it to “One Way.”
