  2. Select Integrations

You’ll now see a menu of all available integrations.

  • Integration-specific settings like field mapping or triggers

⚠️ Important: Facebook Ads Integration Note

One of the most powerful integrations is with Facebook Ads—but it requires one key step most users overlook:

You MUST map your form fields.

When a lead fills out a form on Facebook, you need to tell Agent CRM where that data should go.

For example:

  • “Full Name” → maps to the Name field
  • “Phone Number” → maps to the Phone field
  • “Favorite Hobby” (custom question) → maps to a custom field you’ve created

You can do this right inside the Facebook Form Mapping section after your page is connected.

This ensures your leads enter Agent CRM cleanly and can immediately flow into your workflows, smart lists, and automations.
