I have the mother & father as contacts but how do you show their children? If I show the parent as a contact & the child as an opportunity, I get a duplicate error.
How do y’all show it? Thank you”
“The basis for a new contact is either email and/or phone number. If you have the Allow Duplicate option turned off, you will really get that error in creating/adding a new contact with the same contact info.
You can create a custom field and add the child’s info under it from the parent’s contact profile.”
