Justan Pavone asked us, “When sending out SMS I have 3 numbers 1 for each state. How do I select which phone number to send the SMS from?”

“You can assign your phone numbers to a different user in order to use your desired phone number in a workflow.
Go to Settings > My Staff > Edit, in the Call & Voicemail Settings, choose the Twilio number that you want to assign to your specific user. And on the workflow, just add the ‘Assign to User’ action to use the specific number you want to send SMS.”
