Titus Lennon Jr asked us, “Hi, so it’s been a while since I signed up for Agent CRM. So I’m a bit confused. Why is there a $10 reoccurring charge on my account? I understand to use Agent CRM. What’s the $10 charge? What else am I paying for?“
“$10 charge is for the balance in your account to be able to send out text, emails and do calls. You can go to Settings > Company Billing to know more about the charges being deducted to your balance.”
