Don Raines asked us, “I can not find where to adjust the dialing time on each call attempt in the power dialer. It dials 3 rings and then stops. I would like to have it ring a little longer than that.
Where do I adjust that at?”
“Click on Settings (bottom left menu) then Phone Numbers (left hand menu). Click that pencil button to edit your phone number settings and check the outbound call timeout settings. Should be at least 60-120 seconds.”
