Chris Gallagher asked us, “Question: When sending a text message to the contact list, how can I select a certain number to send from?
For instance, I have four separate numbers under my account. I am running 4 businesses under this CRM. I want to send text messages to a certain set of tags, but I cannot see which number it comes from.

“If you have multiple Agent CRM numbers, you can assign a phone number to a user inside your account. Once that user is logged in, and sends a text message to a contact, the number that the recipient will see will be the number assigned to him.
If no number is assigned to a user, the system will use the Default that is saved on the Settings > Phone Numbers when you do a call/SMS.
