Health Meets Wealth Insurance asked us, “What’s the difference between tags and smart lists? I’m trying to import client lists. Should I tag them as the type of client they are or smartlist them or both?”
“It is highly advisable to tag your contact list so you could sort them out when needed. Adding them on a smart list just makes them easy to access. No need to filter them on the main Contact list!”
