“Facebook is finally feeding leads to the Power Dialer thanks to outstanding help from Lillie. I would like to start by calling the newest leads first, but they are being added to the bottom of the Power Dialer list. Is there a way that I can start calling from the bottom (or close to the bottom) of the list?”


Answer:

It’s great to hear that your Facebook leads are now flowing into Agent CRM’s Power Dialer. At this time, there is no built-in option to automatically prioritize new leads at the top of the dialing list.

However, this feature request has been submitted to our software developers, and we hope to see it implemented in a future update. We will be sure to notify users if and when this feature becomes available.

In the meantime, here are a couple of workarounds to ensure you’re reaching new leads quickly:

  1. Use Smart Lists for Lead Prioritization
    • Create a Smart List that filters leads based on the date they entered your system.
    • Call through this filtered list before using the full Power Dialer queue.
  2. Manually Sort Your Calling List
    • In Opportunities, sort leads by created date to find the most recent entries.
    • Call these leads first before launching the Power Dialer for the remaining list.

These workarounds will help you reach your newest leads faster while we await future updates to the Power Dialer.
