I would like to start by calling the newest leads first but they are being added to the bottom of the power dialer list. Is there a way that I can start calling from the bottom (or close to the bottom) of the list?”

To answer your question, there is not currently a way to make the new leads show up at the top of the Power Dialing list. However, we have previously submitted this as an idea to our software developers, so we do hope to get the feature added in soon. Of course, we will let you know if/when this feature becomes available. ?”
