Ramon Ayers asked us, “Is it possible to send a text message out to all my leads and ask them to update their contact information via a survey or form builder and have it update their contact information live/automatically?”

“If you send them a form, and they fill it out, that info will be used to create a contact.

if they enter their same name & email, but a different phone number, it will simply create a new contact with that phone number, but the same email.”
