Erna Cabuguas asked us, “Hi, question, in a Campaign there’s a multi Users assigned in that Campaign, then in it’s content setup as an SMS, the customized field for User name is there, will it just filter the name of the User assigned to a contact record or it will show all the Users’ names that are added/set-up in that Campaign? Please help, thanks!”

“It will only show the user name of the user which was assigned to that contact. It will not show all the users. And that is exactly how it should work,
For example a lead was assigned to Suleman Dawood (one of the user)
And you use custom value of user name as:
Hi,
This is {{user.name}} here.
It will be like,
Hi,
This is Suleman Dawood here.”
