“Be sure that all of the leads have either a phone number or an email address. They must have at least one in order to import.
Along with this, on the first step of importing, make sure the column on your spreadsheet that has the email addresses under it is correctly mapped with the Agent CRM “Email” field.
Same with your spreadsheet’s phone number column, be sure it is correctly mapped to the Agent CRM “Phone” field.”
