“On Settings > Email Services > Forwarding Address, you can add your email here so replies will also be sent on your Inbox. Another way is to create a workflow with a trigger: Customer Replied then filter Reply Channel: Email. That way you can include other things and include the message using the custom value: {{message.body}} Let us know if this works!”
