Naeem Johnson Jr. Asked:
“Hey, I’m having calendar trouble. I would like whenever I have an appointment scheduled on my calendar for it to be in EST. But then it’s all in PST by default and it can get confusing to me. Whenever I manually schedule a client’s appointment I select GMT 4:00 New York, but when I go to my Google Calendar, it’s 3 hours behind, indicating it scheduled for PST. (Sorry if this is confusing)”
The Solution
Your default time zone in Agent CRM is most likely set to PST. You can update it to EST by following these steps:
- Go to Settings > Company
- Scroll down to “Company Address”
- Update the time zone to GMT-4:00 Eastern Time (New York)
- Click Save
This will ensure all scheduled appointments reflect the correct time zone.
If you’re still experiencing issues, also check the time zone in your Google Calendar settings to confirm it aligns with the changes made in Agent CRM.
