Thomas Graybeal asked us, “The leads coming in are overwhelming my business email. I created a special email for the leads to come into now. But I can’t figure out how to change the email in agent CRM that my leads are sent to. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!”
“Go to “Triggers” > Giveaway Leads to change the notification settings”
“Hi Thomas, you can also try going to Settings > Custom Values, then edit the custom value that says “Lead Notification Email.”
You’ll just need to change it to be your updated email address.
