“There are 2 places to change your payment method on file with us.
1) Monthly Subscription: To update your payment method for a monthly subscription payment, please fill out this form here:
2) Texts & Calls in Agent CRM: To change the card that’s charged for phone time/usage (texts & calls) in Agent CRM, please go to Settings >> Company Billing inside of your Agent CRM account.”
