I’m currently forwarding calls to a Google Voice #, but it’s a hassle answering inbound call on my mobile phone… while trying to make outbound calls from the Agent-CRM desktop dialer.
And… I’m not seeing who the call is from when routed thru my Google Voice line either. So, I’ll be super appreciative if someone can tell me how to fix this… so I can 1) see who’s calling & 2) not have to switch up devices too.”

“Hi, inbound calls are not really possible inside Agent CRM. The only option for that is really thru forwarding it to a number outside the app.”
