I’m trying to figure out the best way to alert myself via text message of tasks that I place on specific clients so that I don’t forget to call someone back in a week or two. I thought I had it figured by creating a workflow with a task reminder trigger, but the text message goes to the client, not me….? Any suggestions would be appreciated. I thought the way I’m doing it was best, but maybe it’s a designated calendar for call backs or using pipelines? Thanks!”

“You can still use the Task Reminder trigger for your workflow but instead of sending sms and/or email, you can use the Internal Notification action.
The Wait action can also help to delay your notification if you want to get reminded after a few days or a week.
