1. Add Leads Manually

  1. Navigate to the Contacts Section

  2. Select a Lead

    • Click on the name of the lead you want to add to a pipeline.
  3. Assign the Lead to a Pipeline

    • Within the lead’s profile, locate the Pipeline and Stage dropdown menus.
    • Select the appropriate pipeline and stage (e.g., “New Lead” or “Follow-Up Required”).
  4. Save Changes

    • Click Save to update the lead’s pipeline status.

2. Add Leads via Bulk Actions

  1. Filter or Select Multiple Leads

    • In the Contacts section, use filters or manually select multiple leads.
  2. Use the Actions Dropdown

    • Click Actions >> Add to Pipeline.
  3. Choose a Pipeline and Stage

    • Select the desired pipeline and stage for all selected leads.
  4. Confirm and Save

    • Click Apply to assign the leads.

3. Automate Lead Assignment

  1. Set Up a Workflow

    • Go to Automation >> Workflows and create a new workflow.
  2. Choose a Trigger

    • Select a trigger event, such as a form submission or a new contact being added.
  3. Add an Action

    • Add the action Add to Pipeline and choose the pipeline and stage.
  4. Activate the Workflow

    • Save and activate the workflow to automatically assign leads to the pipeline as they meet the trigger conditions.

  • Use Tags: Tag leads with additional identifiers for easier segmentation within pipelines.
  • Regular Updates: Periodically review and update pipeline stages to reflect current lead statuses.
