Colleen Dilks Strube Asked:
“I created a calendar and funnel for my Strategic Connection Hour Fridays at 10am ET, limiting it to 25 people, which seems to be working. I now want to do a challenge twice a month with unlimited signups. What would be the best way to set up the registration process?”
The Answer:
To streamline the registration process for your recurring challenge, you can create a funnel with a form to collect signups. Automate follow-ups using triggers to ensure participants receive reminders and updates. Here’s how to set it up:
Step 1: Create a Funnel with a Form
- Design a New Funnel Page:
- Log in to Agent CRM and go to the Funnels section.
- Create a new funnel or duplicate your existing funnel.
- Add a Form:
- Drag and drop a form element onto your funnel page.
- Customize the form to include:
- Name
- Email Address
- Preferred Challenge Date (use a dropdown or calendar selector).
- Set Up Confirmation Messaging:
- Add a thank-you page to confirm their registration and provide follow-up instructions.
Step 2: Automate Follow-Up with Triggers
- Create a Trigger Based on Form Submission:
- Navigate to Automation > Triggers in Agent CRM.
- Set the condition: Form submission.
- Set the action: Add the contact to a campaign or send a confirmation email.
- Include Reminder Messages:
- Schedule reminder emails or texts leading up to the event dates.
Step 3: Monitor Registrations
- Use the Submissions tab in Funnels to track signups.
- Export the list of registrants if needed for additional tracking.
