Mike Mahurin asked us, “I saw a new feature called Workflows pop up on my Agent CRM links today. It shows to be in Beta status, and was wondering what this is for? I haven’t been able to get to any support calls this week, so I was curious. TIA”

“Essentially they give you the ability to create if/then statements within your trigger, so there are several different paths for your contacts to take based on the conditions you set up.”
