Micah Metcalf asked us, “Is anyone else struggling with the fact that the CRM no longer removes the manual action call from the power dialer when the contact is removed from a workflow? Is there any way to work around this other than having to manually search through the list on the power dialer to delete them?”

“The purpose to send to power dialer is that you keep on calling the lead until you talk to them. So how power dialer automation works?
1: It keeps on sending contact to manual actions so that you all them until call is completed.
2: As soon as call is completed it stop sending the contact to manual action
so technically it doesn’t remove the contact from power dialer but from workflow which is sending to power dialer.”
